What payment methods do you accept?

Notes;
1. Feel free to reply to our email, or send us a DM on Instagram, if you want to receive our bank's QR codes after placing your order
2. Reply to our email, or send proof of payment to hello@sweetumscandy.com using "Payment" as the Subject. Your order will be processed upon verification within 1 to 2 days, from Mondays through Saturdays.

 

Do you accept COD? 

In an effort to lessen physical contact, for both your's and our courier's safety, no, we do not accept COD at the moment.  Because yes, we take all Covid19 precautions very seriously.

 

Do you do same day delivery?

We understand snack emergency cravings so, YES we do same-day delivery! 

  • Choose "Express delivery" on our Check Out page. Please be aware that there will be rare occasions when this option won't be available
  • Send proof of payment on or before 2PM to hello@sweetumscandy.com with "EXPRESS DELIVERY PAYMENT" as Subject
  • Feel free to send us a message on Instagram/Messenger to make sure that we see your Express Delivery request asap
  • Please give us time to confirm your payment before booking your Grab/Lalamove/Mr.Speedy rider.
  • Pick up location: HV Dela Costa St. Makati
  • Cut off for pick-up: 3PM

 

How soon will I receive my orders?

  • We will process your orders within 1 to 2 days, Mondays through Saturdays
  • After we ship your orders, you should receive your packages within:
    • 1 to 2 business days for Metro Manila
    • 3 to 7 business days for outside of Metro Manila

Notes:
1. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their location is not on a lockdown area, or that the riders will not be restricted from entering and fulfilling the delivery
2. Any additional shipping costs due to failure of delivery will be shouldered by the customer. So please make sure to enter the correct address and other contact details in our 'Check Out' page.
3. If delivery details need to be changed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once shipped out, of course we will assist and do our best, but it will be difficult for the customer to reroute their package.

 

What if I change my mind. Can I request a refund?

While we can't imagine why anyone would change their mind about receiving candy, but yes, we do process refunds for orders we haven't shipped out yet.  But we do not accept refunds for orders all ready picked up by our courier partners.

 

How much is the handling and shipping fee? 

Handling and shipping fee:

  • Metro Manila: ₱100
  • Outside of Metro Manila: ₱200
  • Express/Same-day delivery handling fee only: ₱10 (Metro Manila)

Will I get a tracking number?

  • An email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been picked up by our courier partners.
  • You may track your order the next business day after pickup at www.fifthexpress.com
  • Please email us at hello@sweetumscandy.com if you do not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification within 3 days after payment

 

Why is my discount code not working?

Unfortunately, you cannot use discount codes on top of a Sale and other promotions.

 

What is the return/exchange policy? 

  • For food safety and hygiene purposes, we will not be accepting returns.
  • While we make sure our candy bags are properly packed and sealed before being picked up by our courier partners, we will exchange bags

Do I need to create an account?

For most purchases you don't need an account to shop with Sweetums Candy, but if you want to make it easier to use our online shop you can set one up.

You can create an account by clicking on the account button on the top right of the screen or start shopping now and set up your account when you checkout instead. Creating an account means you can place orders without having to fill in your details every time you shop, you can also review your order history. 

For subscription products (soon to be available), you will need to create an account as this will make it easier for you to manage your orders online.
